DELIVERY ADDRESS Delivery address must be the same as on the card statement for the first order which is verified and thereafter additional address may be added for your convience delivery ie Work or Mums
WHEN WILL YOU BE CHARGED? Your card will be debited when you place the order. Should we be unable to supply any item we will immediately make a refund to your Credit Card.
OUT OF STOCKS If the item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be contacted via your e-mail address. Customers will be notified by e-mail if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time. If goods are not available for immediate dispatch you will be asked via email if you wish to proceed.
RETURNS POLICY If you’re not happy with the items you’ve bought from us, simply return them, within 14 days for an exchange or refund.. Please return the item to the sending branch which is indicated on the delivery note. For Security reasons please use the Recorded delivery Service from the Royal Mail.which is signed for on reciept.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS You have the right too cancel your order within 7 working days without giving reason. The 7 days start from when you receive the goods.
RETUN OF GOODS TO HARDEDGE STORE
You will need to take the following items with you when you take goods to store for a refund: * Original Sales Receipt/Invoice * Dispatch Slip - This includes your unique sales ID number.
*The goods must be returned to the sending branch.
Goods returned to hardedge.biz or to an Hardedge store must be in their original packaging, unused and in perfect, as-new condition. Hardedge stores act as transfer agents for hardedge.biz returns and do not undertake refunds. You will be provided with a receipt acknowledging surrender of product and guaranteeing dispatch to hardedge.biz the card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any postage and packaging fees paid) upon receipt of the goods from the Hardedge store by hardedge.biz.
FAULTY GOODS
If goods are returned due to being faulty or the wrong item sent in error ,a full refund will be given, plus the cost of postage .
