Payment & Shipping Times

Orders are shipped from Mainland UK on the same day if received before 12 pm and we have the item in stock.

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.

Deliveries are dependent on the service provided by the carrier and therefore we ask that you consult our "Shipping Methods" as a guide.

No orders will be considered lost until a period of 10 days has passed and a case has been raised with the carrier.

Order Confirmations

You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping Methods and Charges

Free Same Day Delivery (Local Delivery Only)

All deliveries will be delivered up to 8pm the sameday.

This service is available to all residents living within the boundaries of Maidenhead. All orders must be placed before 4pm Monday/Sunday not including bank holidays.

Tracked 48 ( 2-3 Days Estimated Delivery )

FREE delivery for all orders over £30.00 and a charge of £3.95 for all orders under £30.00

We aim to dispatch the same day where possible if an order is received before 12 pm. Any orders after this time will be dispatched the following day.

Next Day Delivery - ( Delivery by 1pm )

£8.95 Charge - A signature will be required on delivery

Please note: You will need to ensure your order is placed by 12 pm the latest in order for this to be processed as Next Day Delivery.

Order placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent on the next working day.

If orders are placed after 12 pm then the order will be dispatched the following day.
